Configure FTP on IIS Win Server 2019

I have a windows server and Im trying to setup an ftp connection to it (so far I have RDP, but FTP is more comfortable for coding). I have already installed the FTP Extensión for IIS and made the basic setup following tutorials here and there, but still cant connect to it...
Just need help configuring the connection, I will provide teamviewer access to my laptop with the rdp open so you can configure the ftp.
No copy pastes please... a single line is worth more
