Configure Active Directory for new domain Windows Server 2019

I need to set up the network of active directory. Want to map a bock of 24 IP to local IP , I need 2 Networks. One for Public Ip mapping, 2nd vlan for intranet and 3rd Lan for a separate domain runnign a Web app.

We have 4 users. Access the servers usingRDS .

Have 6 servers. One running WInd Data Center edition
