Build Windows server [swordieMS] game + mods

Need help from someone that can build a private SwordieMS server for a game similar to what is provided here but could not get it working:

Additional modification and to show how to modify drop rate and meso rate which is the in-game currency including NX and item damages etc.
Game should work normally like swordie server online
