Alfresco administrator required

Hi All,
We have Alfresco version 4 installed on a server and something is wrong with approving workflows since we added a new security certificate.
We have removed and replaced the certificate properly.

However , there is still an issue with approving workflows and using the search function.
I'm looking for someone familiar with the setup of Alfresco to investigate the issue with me.

I can provide remote sessions to the server and assist with passwords etc.

Please only respond if you have knowledge of installing Alfresco on a server.
