Active directory Migration

I have project to migrate users from win server 2008 to 2016. Its relatively small project and required to migrate around 100 users. User migration is from one domain to another domain. We have to keep the first domain name e.g Domain abcd.biz migrating users to efhg.local. In addition we are also migrating same users from O365 tenancy to destination server O365 tenancy.

Required someone to help setup the environment and help migration.
