Active Directory Domain Migration from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2019

We have an infrastructure with 3 Servers:
- a Windows Server 2003 (Not accessible anymore)
- a Windows Server 2008
- a Windows Server 2016
These 3 Servers are domain controller and the level of the Forest we are talking about is 2003.
We need to migrate this domain to a Windows Server 2019 but is not compatible to the envoirement present.
We need help to do this migration
