I am seeking an experienced ASP.NET developer to address specific security vulnerabilities and ensure compatibility with an updated server environment. The project involves fixing SQL Injection and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in an ASP.NET application currently running on Windows Server/SQL 2016, which will be upgraded to Windows Server/SQL 2019. Additionally, all outdated dependencies need to be updated to ensure smooth operation in the new environment.

Key Requirements:
- Immediate availability to start the project
- Fix known SQL Injection and XSS vulnerabilities
- Test and ensure software compatibility with Windows Server/SQL 2019
- Update all outdated dependencies in the project
- Experience working without .sln files and packageconfig
