WinDev 9 Legacy Project Code Export
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Hi,
I have a legacy WinDev 9 project (.wdp + all project files) that I need help extracting source code from. I don't have a WinDev license myself, so I need someone with a modern WinDev IDE (version 25 or newer) to do the following:
Tasks:
Make a copy of the provided project files — please do not modify the originals
Open the copied WinDev 9 project in WinDev 25+ — the IDE will prompt an automatic version conversion, which is fine to proceed with
Once converted, switch the project to text-based sources (Project → Project Parameters → Sources → enable text sources)
Use Print Documentation (Project → Print Documentation) to export all WLangage source code — windows, procedures, classes, global procedures, and queries — into a PDF or plain text document
Zip the entire converted project folder (with text sources enabled) and return it together with the exported documentation file
Deliverables:
Zipped converted project folder with text-based sources enabled (.wdw, .wdg, .wdp files in readable plain text)
Full Print Documentation export in PDF and/or TXT format covering all project source code
Important notes:
No coding, development, or fixing of the project is required — this is a pure export task
Some deprecated WinDev 9 functions may trigger warnings during conversion — this is expected and does not affect the export
Estimated time: 30–60 minutes for an experienced WinDev developer
Budget: Open to offers — please quote for this straightforward export task.
