Proven experience as a system analyst and ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A methodical approach and attention to detail to ensure the development and implementation of effective solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding and experience of Software Development life cycle processes and methodologies
Good business acumen and commercial awareness with a solid understanding of how organizational processes work.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities and work to deadlines.
Experience working on complex Business Change/Improvement, Strategic, BAU, and I.T service transition projects
Experience/exposure with MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Azure DevOps and CI/CD frameworks, BDD (Behavioural Driven Design) Automated Build / Automated Release, API integrations (REST / SOAP) is desirable.
