Simple Windows Kernel Level Driver (Fake Mouse)

I'm looking for someone who can develop a Windows Driver with expertise in KMDF (Kernel-Mode Driver Framework) to create a simple but functional driver that simulates a "fake" mouse. The main goal is for this driver to trigger a right-click event (both right-click down and right-click up) on the screen at random or predefined coordinates, without interfering with the real, physical mouse.

Strict: The job will only be paid for a fully working solution. If the driver does not work as required, payment will not be made.
