Wikipedia page creator

I am looking for someone to create a Wikipedia page about a person. I have source material that can be used for the page content and the estimated word count is between 500-1000 words. The person should have some writing and research experience to properly format and source the Wikipedia page. I am open to suggestions on how to format or organize the page, as well as any other ideas the freelancer might have to make the project successful.
