Wikipedia PR Press Consultant

I am currently looking for a Wikipedia expert, someone who is experienced in creating Wikipedia profiles and successfully posting. Ideally someone who also has great relations with Wikipedia editors or is a Wikipedia admin. I have already started writing the page so most of the work has been done, I just need someone to finish the page and ensure a successful go live. Also looking for a good PR consultant who has good press contacts in business and entertainment.
