Wikipedia Editor

We have a new company which was created after the purchase of a majority of a former company ( the old company still exists as the minority was kept by previous owner and the old company name kept) and we would like a new wiki entry for the new company which is linked to the old company - the names are similar. There are newspaper articles which can be used as a source for this information to be updated on wiki.
