New Wikipedia Page

I am looking for someone to create a new Wikipedia page for a musican. I have a certain amount of source references but, fair warning, there was already a page made that was taken down. I would like some help in understanding why . The page should be short in length, 1-2 pages long. I am in need of someone with experience in creating Wikipedia pages who is capable of weeding through what exactly is a neutral source and therefore will ensure that the new page won’t be removed.
