French-English Wikipedia Page Revamp
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need both the French and English versions of our existing Wikipedia article brought fully in line with Wikipedia’s policies so they sail through the approval process. The current text is outdated and, frankly, a little uneven between the two languages. What I’m after is a meticulous rewrite that addresses three pillars:
• Content accuracy – facts must be up-to-date, balanced and verifiable in both languages.
• Formatting & style – follow the Manual of Style, correct Wikitext markup, categories, infoboxes and inter-wiki links so the pages look and feel native to Wikipedia.
• References & citations – I already have a bundle of reliable sources (press coverage, academic papers and industry reports). They need to be integrated using the proper citation templates.
Sections that deserve extra care: the lead section, the main body and the closing/“Further reading” area. Each should read naturally, mirror one another across languages and remain strictly neutral in tone.
Deliverables
1. Draft FR & EN pages in sandbox, fully referenced.
2. Side-by-side list of every new or modified citation.
3. Final Wikitext ready for live publication.
4. Support through the review process until the edits clear without flags.
If you’re fluent in both languages, comfortable with Wikipedia’s notability and COI guidelines and have a track record of successful article approvals, let’s get this started.
