Create a wikipedia page -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me create a Wikipedia page for a person I know. I already have all the necessary sources so the goal is to get the page published with medium level of detail. To achieve this, the freelancer should ensure that the page meets all of Wikipedia’s criteria for notability so that the page would remain up, and also provide comprehensive information about the subject. The content should be well written, consistent and accurate, plus include related images and media. The project will require hours of research and editing.
