Band Page Separation & Update

I need assistance in separating my locked band page into two distinct pages. My old band, Fake Shark Real Zombie, has ended, and I've started a new band in 2015 called Fake Shark. The old band page is locked and won't let me edit it. Ideally, I'd like the old band page to be deleted, but if that's not possible, the main goal is to separate them into two distinct pages.
What I need on each page:
- Band biography and history: Each page should contain a comprehensive biography and history of the respective band.
