wifi and mesh

We have great internet coming to the house; but somewhere along the way we lose the power. We have a mesh system and so AT&T is of limited help (and sometimes makes things worse) and there is no help for the mesh system. I would like someone to come to the house; run some tests and reset anything that is needed to make sure that we can actually take advantage of our high speed internet. I would be home to call AT&T if that was needed.
