Planning WIFI for small-sized Apartment Building with Personal Use

We are looking for an experienced WIFI expert to help us plan and set up a reliable and efficient WIFI system for our small-sized apartment building. The system will primarily be used for personal use by the residents.
Key requirements include:
- Multi-Floor Coverage: The WIFI system should provide seamless coverage across all floors of the building, ensuring that residents can connect to the network from anywhere within their apartments.
- Strong expertise in planning and setting up WIFI systems for apartment buildings.
- Experience in designing networks that can handle high-speed internet connections.
- Knowledge of the best practices for achieving multi-floor coverage.
- Plan for everything including a dedicated router for the system that will connect to a dedicated internet circuit.
- Choose hardware that is secure, low failure rates, has easy availability for purchase and easy to configure with a GUI.
