Milan On-Site UniFi Setup

I live in Milan and have already purchased the full stack of UniFi gear for my home—gateway, PoE switch, access points, and controller. What I need now is an on-site professional who can install and fine-tune everything so I get the fastest possible internet speeds across every corner of the house.

The priority is speed: fibre-to-home bandwidth must translate into low-latency performance for computers, laptops, smart-home gadgets. All hardware is here; I simply want it mounted, adopted into the controller, and optimised.

Deliverables
• Physically position and wire the UniFi devices (existing ducts make cabling easy)
• Adopt and configure each unit in the UniFi Network application
• Tune channels, band-steering, and roaming for maximum throughput
• Create separate SSIDs/VLANs for IoT devices if that helps overall speed
• Verify results with live speed tests on wired and wireless clients
• Provide a brief hand-over report so I can manage settings later

You’ll need good UniFi experience, your own laptop, and basic tools (tester/crimp kit). A Wi-Fi survey app is a plus. Please confirm you can travel to Milan (or nearby) within the next two weeks and estimate how many hours the job will take. Looking forward to finally unleashing the full potential of this network.
