Remote Wi-Fi Network Optimization

We have a hotel network with ~17 Ruckus R510 APs on Unleashed, Aruba PoE switches, and a MikroTik RB1100AHx4 router. Roaming is bad (Wi-Fi calls drop / disconnect & reconnect while walking) and our guest captive portal stopped showing after an update. Need an expert to audit + optimize roaming (channels/power/roaming settings), verify VLAN segmentation (guest/staff/owner/VoIP/cameras), and restore/redesign the captive portal.
