Ekahau WiFi Site Survey Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The task is a complete on-site WiFi survey of an office building spanning 1–3 floors with the sole objective of optimising wireless coverage. Using Ekahau Pro (or a compatible Ekahau Sidekick setup), the survey will gather accurate signal data, locate dead spots and interference sources, and generate clear, actionable insights.
Deliverables expected at hand-off:
• Ekahau heat-map files and exported PDFs showing signal strength, SNR, channel overlap and capacity.
• A concise report summarising findings, recommended access-point placement or adjustments, and any configuration tweaks needed for consistent, building-wide coverage.
On-site work must be scheduled during business hours with minimal disruption to staff; a floor plan in PDF/DWG will be supplied ahead of time. All measurement notes should be embedded in the Ekahau project file for easy future reference.
