Debugging a Raspberry Pi project to work as a wired access point hotspot 2.0

We configured a Raspberry Pi to function as a wireless access point (with Sign Online / Hotspot 2.0 support) and connected it to a RADIUS server to manage authentication.

I succeeded in these points:

• Setting up and running the hostapd and dnsmasq files.

• Wi-Fi interface (wlan0, wlan1, wlan2) from the most connected.

• Broadcasting the network and making it visible to nearby devices under the name Shop_Welcome_OSU.

• Creating advanced configuration files to support OSU, ANQP 2.0, HS, and OSEN, and connecting them to an external server.

• Running the RADIUS server to manage the login process (Authentication & Accounting).

Now here's the challenge.

The current challenge:

Although the network is working and broadcasting properly, and OSU settings are displayed for supporting devices, new devices do not receive an automatic notification on the screen when they approach.

The goal is for any device approaching the network to receive a notification or alert automatically, without an installed app and without the need to know the phone number or user data in advance—just as happens in some smart networks (airports, hospitals, and malls in the US).
