whmcs teamspeak module

I'm looking for someone to create a WHMCS teamspeak module for me.

These functions should be built in:
Creation of own teamspeak servers
Creation of own teamspeak reseller servers so that the customer can create their own resellers.
Billing of the slots used
start/stop of individual servers

Customer functions:
viewing servers
Viewing slots in use
Creating your own reseller servers
