whmcs backup to old domain to new doamin

I am looking for someone who can help me with transferring my WHMCS backup from my old domain to my new domain. Unfortunately, I only have access to the new domain, but I do have a backup of the old domain's data. The project does not require any customizations or additional features on the new domain. i need it work without activation key i down wnt expend to cost.
