Webhosting site: Looking for advice and some to install both theme + whmcs and intregrate with all

Need the full help or idea on how to make this automation of selling VPS and regular webhosting.
1. Need one that can create a hetzner server, setup everything. (not a hard task, mostly 1 - 2 hours of work).
2. Setup a WHMCS on that server, with PLESK or Cpanel (i prefer plesk cuase of the lower monthly price).
3. Setup Site/WHMCS/Theme/Integration
4. All has to workautomated, mails, payments etc.
5. Payment gateway has to be Stripe + some other, i will provice API keys.
6. Test that all works, registration, payment, creation of webhosting account, backend and front end.
7. 2 languages, english + swedish, i will provide the swedish.
NOTE: please dont take this project if you cant make all the above to 100%, if you havent done something similar or exactly like this, dont take this project. If you have made something similar, link me the URL of that page and you will have a higher chance of getting hired.
