WHMCS Uptime Add-on

We have a WHMCS website for domain and hosting purpose and there is one option that we want you to make it. (we want that you make a new add-on for install in our WHMCS)
It's called uptime and ping monitor (the short mean is that we will ping a website every 1min and notify the website owner. like Pingdom.com website)
Ping page which you are going to develop:
- There will be subscription plans for pay and subscribe the service.
-User should be able to add his domain name then select the server location for ping.
-User should be able to select the methods of notification ( SMS-Email-Call)
- There will be a list of domains and status which user created.
- When user submit that information then system will start ping that website on selected server .
- If ping was ok===> system will not do anything.
- If ping was not okay==> system will send SMS, make a call to number, send email base on users selectivity and changed the domains’ status to blocked.
*The sms and call provider will be Twilio and we will send you the API information.
- Limits(should show in the dashboard of control panel):
- SMS and call limits for user, if user reaches them, system needs to send reminder to users email and phone for charge it.
-User should be able to top-up this limits with payment.
- Adding domain limit, If domain limits ends then user should upgrade the subscription level.
All the ping words that we have been used are mean:
We needs to understand if domain is down in that location or has error like 503 then we notify the user with details, for example if the website has error 504 then system show send sms to users phone number and tell that your website has 504 error or If the domain was down send the notification to user)
