WHMCS Synology Account provisioning module

Hi,
As a company, we sell Synology accounts with certain quotas. We use WHMCS as our billing system.
We want a provisioning module for WHMCS to automatically create users within Synology. In addition to just creating the users, this module must also be able to read the quotas etc from Synology.
Below the wish list:
- Automatically create / delete users based on WHMCS orders.
- Put the users in the right group (each group has different quota and rights within synology) (note:each group is actually a hostingpackage)
- Change the user group in Synology after upgrade or downgrade the package in WHMCS.
- Automatically suspend and unsuspend users, example for late payments
- Username & password sync to WHMCS and users must be able to change the password via WHMCS client area.
- E-mail users when quotas become full at, for example, 80% and 90% and 100%. (email templates)
