WHMCS Integration for Static Site

I'm seeking an experienced developer for a complete WHMCS integration into my existing HTML/CSS-based website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate WHMCS into our static site design (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Convert the main site’s header/footer layout into a custom WHMCS theme
- Ensure seamless and responsive integration across:
- Client area
- Support ticket system
- Purchase tunnel (cart, checkout, invoice)
- Knowledgebase
- News/announcements pages
- Host the full development on your own server (for staging/demo purposes)
- Perform cross-browser and device testing
- Ensure smooth handover of files after client-side migration

Deliverables:
- Fully styled and tested WHMCS theme matching the current site
- Development hosted on your test server (no live edits)
- Clean code and structured files for easy migration
