WHMCS Installation with cPanel Integration

I'm in need of a WHMCS installation and set up, with specific requirements for integration and configuration.
Requirements:
- The project requires the installation of WHMCS on my web hosting control panel, which is cPanel. You should therefore be experienced in working with cPanel.
- Integration is needed with PayPal as the payment gateway. You should be familiar with configuring WHMCS for PayPal integration.
- Additionally, I need integration with domain registrars. If you have experience integrating WHMCS with domain registrars, it would be a plus.
Your role will be to install WHMCS, configure it fully, integrate PayPal and domain registrars. Experience with WHMCS, cPanel, PayPal and domain registrar APIs is highly preferable.
