WHMCS Expert

I have already set up WHMCS. I need someone who is an expert with WHMCS and IPTV set up to ensure all is running perfect. I am having issues where accounts are getting deleted when cron runs. The accounts are active and current but it keeps deleting.
Overall I need an expert on both areas that can check to ensure WHMCS and XUI is working the way it suppose to work. Activating accounts when they sign up, reactivating account for those customers that are in autopayment, and billing is set up correctly.
I have not been able to resolve this issue with WHMCS directly.
