WHMCS Email & Checkout Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m ready to give our WHMCS customer journey a facelift and I need someone who knows the ins-and-outs of WHMCS templates, HTML / CSS and maybe a little Smarty magic.
The brief is simple:
• Emails: Craft a bold, vibrant template that runs purely on our existing brand colours. The layout must open with a banner that carries our logo, flow naturally into the body copy and tuck a small section for current promotional offers near the footer. It needs to render perfectly in the usual desktop and mobile clients and be dropped straight into WHMCS without breaking the variables.
• Checkout: Re-skin the entire order form so the look and feel match the new email style—same brand palette, same bold energy. I’m after a modern, conversion-friendly aesthetic that still keeps the WHMCS functionality intact.
Please build everything directly on the default WHMCS template structure; no third-party frameworks that will complicate future updates. Hand over the finished template files plus any assets (images, fonts, custom CSS). A short read-me that explains where each file goes will complete the job.
