WHMCS EPP Module - COCCA Registry

We currently have WHMCS registry module provided by CoCCA Registrar Module for WHMCS
The module is buggy for the registration and renewal of our CTLD domains.
The whois works fine, however, we cannot register a new domain. The registrar mentioned that there are no issues from their end. Domain search returns "The domain is already registered"
