Very large IPTV company looking for support / sales agent
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
We own and operate a large IPTV company.
We are looking for someone who has experience with IPTV services to help us manage our current customer + new customer with tech and sales.
You would be responsible for the following:
- Setting up new orders (WHMCS) / (WOOCOMMERCE)
- Live ticket / chat support from our website and social pages.
- Troubleshooting issues such as buffering / account issues / network administration is a bonus.
- Advising customers with our plans and prices in order to generate sales.
-Must have excellent written English skills.
-Must be able to work full time Monday - Saturday and even part time Sundays (we will eventually have someone hired under you to help weekends).
-Should have used IPTV in the past and understand how it works.
Important - We also use pre loaded Android boxes. People who are knowledgeable and experienced with Android boxes, how they work, and how to properly maintain them are a big bonus.

The ideal person will also report to us ideas and issues that they are coming across so we can help fix and automate for the future.
