SolidCP and HostBill automation

We need to get automatic creating of SolidCP user with organization and hosting space, setup domain, DNS, mail, installation of web application with database on shared hosting SolidCP installation.
Also, we need all above but with installation on SolidCP standalone server on VPS.
For hosting we use Proxmox cluster and for products managment and billing use HostBill.
