FriendlyACS integration with WHMCS

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me with integrating FriendlyACS with WHMCS. The project requires the integration of the two software platforms via an API. The compatible versions of WHMCS that I need to use are 8.0 and higher. A WHMCS Addon will be the outcome of this project which will enable the provisioning and display critical information to the user via the client facing area. The estimated time frame for the task is 4-7 days. Any help completing this integration is much appreciated.

The coder must have good knowledge of WHMCS to be able to execute this task. Testing will be critical.

The API Commands to be integrated are -:

The API includes an XML/SOAP Interface to the Server via web services.
Main functions of the API:
• Sends parameters (settings) to a specific device (via serial number) or to a group of Devices
• Downloads a file to a specific device or to a group of devices
• Gets parameters from a specific device (by parameter or by object - retrieves all object
children)
• Finds a device by credentials provided by the external system (by phone number, by username, by full name)
• Creates a new device record in the Server
• Deletes a device record from the Server
• Checks if device is currently online
• Checks status of updates.
