Fix WHMCS-WordPress Sync Issues

Job ID: 40393863

Budget: $2 – $8 CAD

I already have WordPress, WHMCS and single-sign-on running together, but the hand-off between the two platforms still needs polish.

The main headache is data synchronization: when a user registers through WordPress the details do not always reach WHMCS, and updates sometimes bounce the other way as well. I need that flow rock-solid so every account, profile edit and password change stays perfectly in step.

The same problem shows up with domain handling. Registration, transfer and other actions trigger in WordPress, but the final status inside WHMCS can lag or fail to appear. Your job is to make sure domain information remains fully aligned between the two systems at every stage.

Everything the customer does happens inside our “Briefcase” client portal, so every fix has to respect that environment. Two shortcodes inside Briefcase also need attention:

• Form shortcode – should render and submit without errors, with all captured fields reaching WHMCS.
• Appointment/Booking shortcode – should display, accept slots and write the booking to the correct WHMCS client record.

I can provide server access a stage site, existing theme and plugin files, plus API credentials for WHMCS. I expect clear documentation of the changes you make and a quick walkthrough on how to keep the integration healthy after deployment.

Deliverable: an updated WordPress/WHMCS bridge that keeps user data, domain data and both shortcodes perfectly synchronized in the Briefcase portal, tested and ready for production.
