I need a brightlocal/SEO expert

We are a small boutique design agency looking to outsource the bulk of the SEO work we do for our clients. We currently utilize the bright local platform for tracking and reporting so expertise in that platform would be an asset. Looking to set up a consistent amount of billable hours per month for SEO work along with monthly/quarterly reporting.
