Scope of Work
1. Perform On-page and Off-page SEO optimization
2. Manage and optimize a total of 15 target keywords
3. Execute 250 backlink submissions per month, strictly geo-relevant to our target markets

Target Markets (IMPORTANT)
Backlink submissions must be relevant to the following regions provided.
Freelancer 1: USA, Germany and France
Freelancer 2: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Japan
Freelancer 3: United Kingdom Netherlands and Korea
All backlinks must clearly match the target country of each page and keyword.

Backlink Submission Requirements (STRICT)
All backlink activities must follow the requirements below. Failure to comply will result in rejection of submissions or full project dispute.
1. Submission Method
All backlinks must be manually submitted
Automated tools, bulk submissions, or spam techniques are strictly NOT allowed

2. Account Usage
A gmail account will be provided
→ MUST be used for ALL account registrations and submissions
→ Use of personal, shared, or pre-created accounts is NOT allowed

3. Geo-Relevance (CRITICAL)
Backlinks must be relevant to the assigned target country/region
Accepted sources include:
Country-specific directories (e.g. USA, UK, UAE, etc.)
Regional platforms (e.g. Europe, Middle East)
Industry-relevant websites (LED display, AV, digital signage)
If direct country-specific sites are limited, freelancer must:
→ Use regionally relevant or industry-relevant alternatives
→ Provide justification in the report
“Unable to find target country backlinks” is NOT an acceptable reason

4. Quality Requirements
All backlinks must be:
Genuine and verifiable (live URLs required)
Indexed or indexable by search engines
From relevant and non-spam websites
Contextually appropriate (content must match our business)

The following are strictly prohibited:
Spam sites, PBNs, or low-quality blogs
Irrelevant niches (e.g. gambling, adult, unrelated content)

5. Content Usage
Content will be provided monthly by the company
No duplicate or reused content is allowed
Content must be used appropriately and relevant to the submission platform

6. Submission Types (Expected Mix)
Freelancer is expected to include a mix of:
Local business directories
Industry-specific platforms
B2B platforms
Guest posts (where applicable)

7. Reporting Requirements
Weekly report submission is mandatory
Must follow the provided template only
Deadline:
→ Every Thursday

Each report must include:
Submission URL
Target country
Backlink type (directory / guest post / industry / etc.)
Domain name
Status (live / pending)

8. Verification & Compliance
All submissions must be accurate and traceable
Any fake, misleading, or unverifiable submission will result in:
→ Immediate rejection
→ Potential full dispute of the project

Content Policy
* We will provide monthly content for all submissions
* No duplicate or reused content is allowed

Reporting Requirements
* Weekly progress updates are mandatory
* Must follow our provided report template (no changes allowed)
* Report submission deadline:
→ Every Thursday
Each report must include:
* Submission URL
* Target country
* Backlink type
* Status (live / pending)

Do NOT Apply If:
* You rely on automated tools or bulk/spam backlinks
* You cannot deliver geo-relevant backlinks
* You cannot meet deadlines or reporting requirements

Preferred Candidates
* Proven experience in global SEO campaigns
* Familiar with B2B / industrial / LED display industry
* Strong understanding of geo-targeted backlink strategy
* Able to recommend high-quality backlink sources
