One page WIX site full optimization. Optimize a FB Ad that I already have running.

I have a one (1) page WIX site that has zero optimization. I need it as optimized as possible. Also, I have an ad running on Facebook. I’ve paused the ad so that I can hire an individual to do their “magic” and show me a positive difference with their skills.
