2. Project brief/description - I am seeking SEO services to help this content rich page: https://www.billleighty.com/central-park-residences/ on my website rank #1 on Google for this search term: Central Park Residences
I created this page several years ago. At the time, my entire site was published under a different domain, www.AtHomeTulsa.Com, and the Central Park Residences page was routinely ranking #1 for the search term in organic results, ahead of the present first three results. Last summer I changed the domain to http://www.billleighty.com/ and the page fell considerably in the rankings, slowly recovering but never ranking above the present 4th position in organic results.
I can say without any hesitation that my Central Park Residences page has more relevant content than the next 25 search results combined, and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.
These are my current competitors:
1. https://centralparktulsa.org – The official site of the homeowner’s association but weak in content.
2. https://www.facebook.com/CentralParkTulsa/ - This is a member only site and NOT an official site although it is controlled by a couple of board members
3. https://www.bexrealty.com/Oklahoma/Tulsa/Central-Park-Residences/ - This is puzzling because this site has almost no relevant content except for active MLS Listings.
The search term Central Park Residences is not a highly searched term so hopefully it will not take much to move up to #1, especially with the vast amount of relevant content I have on my page.
I am seeking an experienced SEO specialist who can use white-hat technics to get me to #1 on Google. Well-conceived key words and meta tags might be a good place to start but I don’t know how to create them. Some good, strong, incoming links from reputable sources would also help.
3. Skills needed – Experienced white-hat SEO specialists with references, examples, a game plan and some kind of guaranteed results.
4. Budget range - $100 US to $300 US
5. Timeframe/deadline – I am a bit flexible on the timeframe but naturally am interested in results as quickly as possible.
