SolidWorks - Sheet Metal Design for fabrication

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I own a small fabrication workshop and want to produce a rolling tool cabinet
( similar to this link https://grabcad.com/library/tool-box-with-8-drawers-1 ).
The cabinet will be made from carbon steel, and It will be used to store lightweight small tools and accessories.

- Cabinet Details
Drawer depth: aprox 10 cm
Adjustable Drawer positions (so they can be moved or changed)
Mounted on wheels for mobility

- What I Need
Solid work files so i can see in 3D and then make dxf files to cut. (files to be made in a logic way that will be easier to edit for me later- example change dimensions of Drawer)

- Requirements
Experience in sheet metal fabrication design (carbon steel, weldments)
Understanding of laser cutting, Bending offsets/tolerances/bend allowance, bend tables/ K-factor and Metal sheet design principles

You will create drawings and DXF files for parts I can cut and bend in my workshop.
