I need a skilled fabricator to construct a floor frame for a 12x4.5 granny flat. The frame should be made of metal and mounted on solid steel skids. Additionally, a rust-resistant coating is required for the metal frame.

This information is critical for my Victorian-registered engineer to complete certification for submission to Ballarat Council
