Fabricate 20 Steel Assemblies
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a small-batch job ready to go: twenty identical pipe-to-plate assemblies that will eventually hold a 30-50 lb load each. Every part is exactly the same—nothing exotic, just solid repeatability.
Assembly details
• 1.5 in OD steel pipe, 0.106 in wall
• Welded to a 3 in × 2 in steel plate, 0.125 in thick
• Plate pre-drilled (or drilled by you) with two 0.30 in mounting holes
• Final finish: bare metal, no coating required
Welding method is your choice—MIG, TIG, Stick—so long as the joint is clean and strong. I will inspect every piece visually and verify key dimensions against the drawing; if they pass those two checks, the batch is accepted.
What I need from you in your bid
1. A single fixed price covering all material and labor for the full run of 20.
2. Your lead time from award to shipment or pickup.
3. Any notes on how you’ll handle the dimensional verification before delivery.
If everything lines up, I’m ready to fund and let you fire up the welder.
