Certified Aluminium MIG Welder Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I have a batch of 3 – 6 mm aluminium components that must be joined by MIG and signed off to the following standards: BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017 +A1:2019 and BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017. If you are additionally coded to BS EN ISO 15614-2:2025 or BS EN ISO 9606-2:2004 for stainless or mild steel, let me know—future runs may expand into those materials.
You’ll be working from detailed shop drawings, so confident drawing-reading skills are essential. Supply your current certificates up-front and be ready to produce weld samples for visual, bend and macro tests if required.
Deliverables
• Fully welded aluminium assemblies, distortion-free and cosmetically clean
• Copy of relevant welder qualification certificates
• Weld log referencing heat input, consumables and parameters used
I’ll inspect welds against the codes above; full payment will follow once they pass visual and NDT where specified. If you are ready to knock this out to code, I’m ready to get started.
