test all transactional emails and make set up checkout 100%

site is www.ocacia.com and I want to go live for customers. Need serious checks of transactional emails and shipping methods to make sure no issues. currently only express checkout works. when I click place order nothing happens. Need to test with social login, and have express shipping working. Also config contact form with two more fields. Very small project.
