A stand alone bot

I am seeking a freelancer to build a stand-alone bot for use in a business setting. This bot must be able to integrate with chosen platforms, such as Synergy, Excel, Expensify, and Exact Globe. The tasks this bot should be able to perform include general accounting, journaling, and scaping numbers. It is not a requirement to use a specific programming language for this project, so I leave that choice up to the developer's expertise. All results must be tested and approved by me prior to the project's completion.
