We have carefully studied your CV and we think that you are a very good match for us.
At this moment we are publishing an online service, which needs to be tested from different countries around the world, including South america.
For the first few weeks, We’ll need a Web-Recruiter to search for Web-Testers, whose compensation will be fixed at 2.5 euros per hour. Top Web-testers will get bonus from 2 to 5 euros per hour. 1 good Web-Tester will have a compensation of about 4-5 euros per hour, monthly 300-500 euros.
Concerning compensation of Web-Recruiter, We offer this:
Fixed 100 Euros per month
5 Euros per recruited Web-Tester, Which will be interviewed by us and start working. (1 Web-Recruiter should recruit minimum 20 and maximum 50 Web-Tester)
Bonus 10 Euros per Web-tester, which will work systematically 1 month.
15% of the compensation of the Web-Testers which he/she will recruit (for the 3 months)
Therefore, Web-Recruiters average sum of compensation will be 100 (fixed) + 150 (for recruited ones) + 100 (bonus) + 600 (15% from the Web-Testers compensations)=950 Euro
Web-Recruiter should place job offers on the employment websites. From the incoming CV’s we will make a list of acceptable candidates and give them to the Web-Recruiter.
Also, Web-Recruiter can recruit Web-Testers from other legitimate sources.
Web-Recruiter should pass a 2 week trial period to evaluate if he/she can manage to work at this position.Trial period will be compensated.
