Selenium Bot Or Script - Read Job Description First

I am Pretty Familiar With Selenium Bots But this one I couldn't Make it ,

basically I need A bot to Use Proxy and rotate between them to open a site
-1st: Solve DATADOOM Captcha
-2nd: Fill in Details
-3rd: Submit details And to scrape data after the login

Requirements :

-Developer Must have Experience With DATADOOM bypassing To know how much Requests the bot will do before Rotating the proxy the proxy

Developer Should be an expert with Rotating Proxies to:

-Know what TTL will be used in proxy To change the IP So we Don't Get Blocked

-Recommend to us what type of proxies we will be buy that will not get us blocked from the site after few thousands requests because most known one gets blocked after a while .

This Script We need Will be a part of More Huge Complex Project and will be used constantly Every second with a lot of requests each seconds too

Also This will not be 1 site only

They are more alike a group of sites but all of them Use same system ,captcha , shape so it wont be hard to adjust for each site .
