Review current software application and advise on access rights and set up for repository management etc

We are looking for a software developer who can provide advice on best practices for managing external software developer access. The advisor will be given a brief on the current environment and will need to produce a dreport covering security risks, access, changes to be implemented and other areas that need to be addressed. The project is expected to take between 10-15 hours and there is the potential for more work if report meets expectations.
